1. Using this website

This website is operated by ShieldedDrive, Beirut, Lebanon. By browsing it or sending a reservation request you accept the terms below.

2. Reservation requests are not confirmed bookings

Sending the reservation form creates a request, not a contract. Our team checks availability and confirms the vehicle, the price and the collection arrangements with you before the rental exists.

No payment is taken on this website.

3. Vehicles, prices and availability

Vehicle photographs are representative of the model and each listing is shown as "or similar" — the exact unit, colour and trim may differ.

Prices shown are indicative daily, weekly or monthly rates in US dollars and exclude fuel, optional extras, delivery fees, fines and any insurance excess. The final price is the one confirmed to you in writing.

4. The rental itself

The conditions that govern the vehicle — driver requirements, deposit, mileage, insurance, fuel, cancellation — are set out in our Rental Terms & Conditions, together with the rental agreement signed at collection.

5. Accuracy and availability of the site

We keep the fleet, specifications and rates as accurate as we can, but the site is provided without warranty and may occasionally be unavailable or contain errors, which we correct once identified.

6. Intellectual property

The ShieldedDrive name, logo, text, photography and layout of this website belong to ShieldedDrive and may not be reproduced without written permission.

7. External links

Links to other sites, including our sister company Shielded Defence, are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or their policies.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by Lebanese law and the courts of Beirut have jurisdiction over any dispute.
