Rental Terms & Conditions

1. Driver requirements

Every driver must meet the following conditions before the vehicle is released. Any additional driver must be presented and approved in the same way as the main driver.

• Minimum age 23. This is enforced on the reservation form and at collection.
• A valid driving licence held for at least one year, plus a passport or Lebanese ID.
• Visitors may drive on a valid licence from their home country; an International Driving Permit is recommended.
• Only drivers named on the rental agreement are covered. Anyone else driving the car voids the cover.

2. Rental period and rates

A rental day is 24 hours from the time of collection. Rates are quoted in US dollars and the tier is applied automatically: daily for short rentals, weekly from 7 days and monthly from 30 days.

A grace period of 2 hours applies on return. Beyond that, an additional day is charged. Extensions are possible subject to availability — contact us before the return time.

3. Security deposit

A refundable security deposit is required at collection. The amount depends on the vehicle and is shown with your price estimate before you send the reservation.

The deposit is returned after the vehicle is inspected on return, less any amount due for damage, fines, missing fuel or late return.

4. Mileage

Rentals include 250 km per day, calculated across the whole rental period rather than day by day. Additional kilometres are charged at $0.25 per km.

Unlimited-mileage arrangements are available on monthly and corporate rentals on request.

5. Insurance and liability

All vehicles are rented with third-party liability insurance as required by Lebanese law, and with collision damage cover subject to an excess (deductible) that is stated on your rental agreement.

The renter remains responsible for the excess amount, and for the full cost of damage in the cases below.

• Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or by an unauthorised driver.
• Off-road use, racing, towing, or use outside Lebanon without written approval.
• Damage to tyres, wheels, glass, the interior, or the underbody, and loss of keys or documents.
• Damage where no police report is provided for an accident or theft.

6. Fuel

Vehicles are supplied with a recorded fuel level and must be returned at the same level. A missing amount is charged at the current pump price plus a refuelling service fee.

Fuel used during the rental is always the renter's cost.

7. Traffic fines, tolls and mechanical issues

Fines, tickets and tolls incurred during the rental period are the renter's responsibility, including those received after the vehicle is returned.

Routine servicing is our cost. Report any warning light, mechanical fault or accident to us immediately and do not authorise repairs yourself.

8. Cancellation and changes

No payment is taken when you send a reservation request — we confirm availability and the final price with you first.

• Free cancellation or change up to 48 hours before the agreed collection time.
• Inside 48 hours, one rental day may be charged on confirmed bookings.
• No-show without notice: one rental day is charged and the booking is released.
• Early return: unused full days are refunded on rentals of 7 days or more; shorter rentals are charged for the booked period.

9. Delivery, collection and return

Airport pick-up at Beirut–Rafic Hariri International and delivery to an address in Lebanon are available; a delivery fee may apply depending on the location and time.

Vehicles are handed over clean and are expected back in a comparable condition. Excessive cleaning, smoking or pet residue is chargeable.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon, and the courts of Beirut have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from a rental.
